November

Well, it's been a very busy couple of months! We have been blessed with lots of family, lots of laughs, and of course lots of love. Here are a couple of pictures from November:

These two kids of mine are my whole world - I just love the relationship they have (most days...) and can't wait to watch it grow throughout the years. I never grew up around boys...and Chas continues to tell me that it's normal for brothers to pick on their sisters. Well, some days my little boy is as sweet as can be and these two are buddies....other days? Well...let's just say that his sister still just adores him (however, she is starting to learn how to retaliate very well!).

As you know, Thursday is Veteran's Day. Last night at supper we were trying to explain what Veteran's Day was to our 4 year old. WOW....it was interesting hearing both Chas and I try to explain things like hero's and sacrifice and war....let's just say that it took it to a different level for both of us. I know for a fact that we are both super grateful for all of our country's service men...but sitting and having a conversation really brings it to more of a reality. We are super proud to say that we have a few of them in our family - both present and past. Brayden should know now that not only does his Uncle Mike and Uncle Landon protect his freedom (yes, big words for a 4 year old to understand and grasp the concept) but his Pappy too. So...thank you to all of our service men out there! We are so proud of you! And so thankful for the many sacrifices that we so often take for granted! Thank you....
