She's Here!

Meet Kamryn Jo Moeller. She's here! She weighed in a whole whopp'n 6 lbs 1 oz and was only 18 in long. She is soooo little! I know newborns are supposed to be small but she just seems so little to us! She is super precious and seems to be pretty mellow so far. We have been home for about a week now and it is funny to me how new this experience is. I guess I always thought once you had one, you know what you are doing....but we seem to be relearning. She is so patient with us and just loves being cuddled - which we are trying to accomodate! :0)

This is a picture of Brayden and I the day before we had Kamryn. He is such a good kid - was so loving to his sister before she got here!
I just love this picture. This kid was so proud to hold his sister and to be a big brother. He has handled the whole thing so well so far - so proud of him. The other day she was crying and it finally got to him - he said "momma, let me try to help." It was pretty sweet. We have had several interesting conversations at the Moeller's lately (sorry to share, but they are pretty funny). "Momma, does your boobies make chocolate milk? Momma, where are her privates?" You can just imagine what this kid is processing! All good questions though, right?
One proud daddy!Stay tuned...I'm sure there will be more pictures to come!

Fun in the Sun

Relay for Life

Here are some pictures from the Relay for Life. Proud of our Myrn! What an honor to be part of this with you. I know I was only there for a little while, but how overwhelming it was to see all of the survivors and their purple shirts. To think that these are SLV folks too - Chas and I were talking at how massive it really is when you think about it and how rare it is to find someone who has yet to be touched by someone fighting/conquering cancer. In my little circle alone - I have lost my dad's mom Jo to Breast Cancer, and 2 great family friends - Stephanie Johnson and Nancy Gibson. It's so wonderful to see Myrna doing great and DONE with her treatments!!! Wahoo! So proud of you Myrn - you have shown us all what we already knew - you are one of the toughest ladies around. Thank you for being such an example to us all - we love you and are so incredibly thankful and happy at the outcome. Here is to many more years!!!

Fourth of July! Thanks to all those that make our freedom a reality (most of all our Uncle Mike - we love you)!

May and June

It's been a fun summer so far - and it's only beginning. Here are some pictures from the last 2 months.

Camping and family time with the Moeller's - we missed you Taunee and crew!Fishing with dad - lasted about 5 minutes before Brayden decided throwing rocks into the river is a much better time! I think the river almost had a new dam before we left! Swimming with cousin Megan and Aunt Mandy.

Cattle drives and horse time!

Okay - this is a pony...but look at that smile. This kid loves horses (or wanna be's too).
Riding the 'train' with cousin Sydney.
Our new fav in life - ice cream.
Yep - fell asleep like this...Chas and I went to kiss him goodnight and found him literally buried under the covers crashed out.
Brayden was helping me clean out the baby's closet and we found this Halloween outfit - doesn't really fit him but he had such a fun time in it! He cracks me up, this character of ours.
